USA Benefit Buyer Savings told me that I qualified for a $100 gift card at Walmart or Target Phoenix, Arizona

I called the 1-855 number and Charlie Woods gave me his emp number and told me I only had to pay $3.95 for shipping. I geave him my card info.  then he asked if I wanted a sample of cream and I said NO, just send me my card.  he said the sample was free.  I said no again.  he said that once I get the sample if I do not want to receive the sample anymore that I can cancel in 30 days.  I told him why would I call to cancel after 30 days...of a sample??  at that point I told him to cancel me out altogether.  He said he could not do that as it was already processed.  I told him that NO I did not want anything and to keep the card.  He said he could not as it was already processed and that I need to get my confirmation # in order to cancel anything.  I then said fine I will get my confirmation # and cancel.  I was transferred to another guy who proceeded to do the same thing with me, i.e. free...free..free and that I needed to listen to the recording.  well I listened to the recording and the recording offered more free stuff for juist $9.95 or $14.95 and everytime I said no on the recording..the little guy came back on the phone and told me I could not do that.  I told him I could do whatever i want and that I do not want any of the free stuff.  he said I could cancel at anytime after 30 days and I told him I can cancel now and don't need to wait for the 30 days.  He started to harass me and said that he was going to charge my card and I said that no I will call the bank and cancel this charge.  he told he that I cannot do that and I said yes I can and to quit harassing me.  he said I needed to get the confirmation number in order to cancel anything.  I listened again to get the confirmation #...but never got it...just recording after recording after recording at which point I kept saying no and the little guy again got on the phone and was very beligerant.  I told him I did not want anything from him at all and hung up.  he called me back and said I hung up on him and that I need the confirmation # and i said No I do not.  He said the charges already went thru and I told him that I called the bank to not authorize and stop payment on anything from him.

I was able to salvage more 1-800 numbers...and here they are:  1-855-815-7509 to cancel the wrinkle cream (which I told him I did not want) and then another number of 1-818-303-9272 to cancel some leisure travel of which I said I did not want.

I reported this to my bank and said that I did not authorize any charges to go thru fro USA Benefits or Buyer Savings.

These "out of the country" (for a better word)...scammers need to be cut off from our systems!!!
