7/28/05 after conducting an internet search looking for work at home on my computer, I received a call from Paul Ghassemi, Senior Investment Advisor, USA Card Services, USA Merchant Systems.

He offered, if I qualified, they would invest in a $5,000 Program that included the following, with NO upfront money from me. They would SET UP my E-COMMERCE WEBSITE. Professional design.

Domain name & hosting. Shopping cart (unlimited products) Access to drop ship companies. Access to name brand products to sell. They advertise me. Guaranteed TOP of YAHOO, MSN, CNN.

Submission to 200 more search engines, 250 color business cards,Customized logo. THhey train me.Complete 8 week internet marketing course. Professional guidance to finding my niche market.

Toll FREE support hotline and 24/7 email support. I accept payment.... I make money. Credit card terminal. Accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX Accept checks by fax, phone, and internet.

Because they make their money from credit card transactions, the quicker I am selling means the quicker "we" are making money. To be considered you will need to go through a brief live interview by phone.

I was extremely skeptical and unbelieving. I checked their site and found they were a BBB registered business felt better, dealing with them, although I asked if they could give me contacts of successful people.

Other than the testimonials listed, he declined. He assured me that he understood my lack of belief because there were so many scam companies, but assured be his company was not. I had to trust them.

10/18/05 I made the bad choice of involving myself with this company. I was interviewed by Timm Sasser, Consultant, after being credit check, was approved. Papers were faxed back and forth not quite legible, but quick.

I ended up with a non-cancellable contract for 48 months with A1 Leasing, $109.94 monthly times 48 months. A whopping $5,277.12. Of which I was debited today $109.94.

USA Card Services gives $300., bonus for recommendations. I called a friend of mine yesterday asking if she would be interested in this company.

She being much more intelligent, than I, came to the Ripoffreport.com, web site and confirmed numerous complaints on these folks, thus, enlightened me.

11/3/05 I reported this to the FTC. 11/4/05 reported them to Florida, Office of Attorney General, 11/04/05 reported them to the Division of Consumer Services. This is the beginning.

I was advised to immediately call my bank and cancel the automatic monthly debit of $109.94. My future attempt will be to get back $109.94 debited today.

The Nurit 2085, credit card processing machine is ready to ship back to them. It was mailed to me by USA Card Services, Texas, I have box.

If this whole experience can prevent anyone scammed by these particular lowlife invaders of this planet, I am very happy.

I am retired federal employee with a measely pension, quess what, I am not letting them get away with this, nor should anyone.

EARTH TO ROBERT & ADOLF

AUTHOR: Neida - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, October 27, 2006

ROBERT & ADOLF

Once and for all, the reason, I posted my experiences here is to receive help, bring to light and hopefully prevent others, falling for these scam companies.

These two, have some issues with FEDS obviously...........has nothing to do with me or, my issues, presented here. I will, not take it personal. The problem is in your heads. Remember boys we DO-NOT know each other, thank you, very much. I do not entertain imbeciles as friends, or acquaint myself with hatefull people.

Getting reponses from the two idiots above, was a pleasure (smile). I suggest, people like you two, find something, important and useful to engage yourselves in; get lives and receive anger management. Get the help you both need.

Receving, idiot input is fine since, I could not care less. It says more about the two of you than of anyone else. Maybe you are employees of these corrupt companies, who knows...........?

I am a very busy person, not going to say anything else. However, for all who feel as these two, if the shoe fits wear it.

Robert's quote: A comedic endeavor with a sad thread of truth?......

AUTHOR: Adolph - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, October 26, 2006

Robert:
(Quote)"Oh wait...I get it. All those years working for the biggest NO-Business in the world ruined your thought processes. Governments don't earn money, they steal it from the unwilling. Business works just the opposite. You thought being in business for yourself meant you would suddenly find yourself sitting on a huge pile of instant money and everyone would be beating down your door trying to get what you have to sell. Hello?! Welcome to the real world. You have to apply yourself and get noticed. After that, you can make the money. Don't worry. I have friends and family who work for or retired from the Feds. None of them understand how capitalism works either."
.
Uh-oh! Sort of hard on the original contribuitor, but that quote gave me quite a laugh. Sometimes just voicing the obvious can be tragically funny.

Neida, I have spoken with Rip Off Report and I have given them my phone number and asked to be able to post the info and at the same time, I have tried to post my info here so we can get started and help you and others. I don't know what the final result will be but I have not heard back anything and none of my posts have been getting posted here.

There are a lot of people that have been hurt by USA Card Services and this is a great website to alert other people about scams like USA Card Services but how the heck can we move forward when there's no way to communicate to help people who have been hurt?

I hope that at least they allow this post so you know that I'm not ignoring you.

Sincerely,
Jeff

Thank you for your help. There are many victims that need help. Everything happened as outline above. The ripoff report has a policy that does not let any victim openly identify themselves to connect with anyone. I feel isolated and very frustrated, with hands tied.

Try contacting them through e-mail on my behalf. I will e-mail them, also, informing, that you are capable and interested in helping.

Everything that I have experienced is well documented and will share them.

How the many victims organize for legal action, is a very daunting task.

thank you, again.

What were you thinking & what did you do? Would like to help you!!

AUTHOR: Jeff - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, October 12, 2006

Neida, I'm in the legal field and would like to help at no cost to you. However, I'm confused about your experience with USA Card Services. Can you please clear this up?

Were you promised something that you did not receive? If so, what was it that you didn't get?

Did you speak to USA's customer service about getting your business going? If so, what happened?

Did you try and build a website? If so, did you do it? If not, why not?

Did you try and locate dropshippers? If so, did you find any? If not, why were you not able to find any?

What were you told should be your first step in this new business? And, did you do it? If you did do it, what happened? If you didn't do it, what kept you from performing?

What were the things that you received from USA? We know you got a merchant terminal, but did you get any written material? DVD's? CD's? etc.?

I would like to advise you on how you should proceed but I need to get some more info on your situation. Would you please answer my questions and provide any additional information that you think would help me better understand what you were promised, what was expected from you, what you expected from them, and what were the outcomes in all these cases. Please let me know. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Jeff Steele

P.S. At some point I will need to see what papers you signed (black out with a marker your signature of course and black out any of your financial information, including social security number. I do not want to see any of that info). I have to find out what the policy of this website is regarding how we can speak over the phone, fax, and/or email. If you know, let me know that as well.

There are also several other sites to post your complaints to by going to the search engines some of these are the necessary sites like the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau in your state as well as the state where the business is located or the Internet Crime Complaint. Some of these sites are at at .gov some are on .com so good luck in your endeavors.

RETURNED NURIT-2085, A-1 LEASING CERTIFIED MAIL RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED

AUTHOR: Neida - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 28, 2005

In view of all the help and benefits of this website and for the whole world to see and gain from. Despite the inefficiency and poor handling of my complaints (they are another nightmare of a problem) by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Since we need to distrust completely the companies involved, to ensure proof of receipt and to addresss completlely all issues. I sent the following lettter to A-1 Leasing, dated 12/26/05, and the box with NURIT-2085, both separate, mailingpost office, express mail and CERTIFIED MAIL_RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED:

CERTIFIED MAIL RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED

12/26/05

FROM: my name and address

A1 Leasing , LLC
2007 Eastern Ave., S.E.
Grand Rapids, MI 49507
Mr. Steve Miel
Bond Corporation

RE:Letter, 12/19/05
Notice of Default

Dear Mr. Miel:

Regarding the above refered, letter dated, 12/19/05, Notice of Default, you state, that my lease is effective 08/03/05, when it is effective 10/17/05. On 11/05/05 was the first installment payment due, I cancelled, therefore, I have not made any payments.

Conversely, I am, returning the Nurit 2085, as you request. It is returned in the same condition and box that, I received it from USA Card Services, untouched. I hadn't done that sooner because, I needed to determine, where to, send it and have proof of receipt. As you know, I have complained to various government agencies addressing my feelings, about what appears to be misrepresentation and dishonest practices of A1 Leasing and USA Card Services.

As an example, if anyone is going to operate an internet selling business, why would a Nurit 2085, be needed, which is a, face-to-face type credit card processing machine, the model I am returning, can be purchased, cash for $249.00, on www.merchantwarehouse.com, that also, requires a pin pad, which I, was not given,. I admit, being, nave and foolish, rushing into and trusting, initially, Tim Sasser, Consultant, USA Card Services, that I subsequently, realized, made promises that may, or may not, have been kept and for me, believing, that a business with a BBB logo, had to be honest. As, I did request of him and he did not, provide any successful people I could talk to, about the legitimacy of the business or any questions. He stated, that was not possible, that he understood, all my concerns, to just trust him. There were numerous red flags during all that conversation. It was in, A1 Leasing's, letter dated 10/28/05, which brought to my attention what to me, is another, red flag, the second paragraph stating PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ANY VERBAL PROMISES OF THE VENDOR OR ITS AGENTS ARE NOT PART OF THIS AGREEEMENT. Of all the numerous, statements made, to me, if Tim Sasser, Consultant, USA Card Services had made that statement to me, when he was selling this whole thing to me, I would not ever gotten into this non-cancelable agreement.

I am sure, we all agree, this was a learning experience, for all. I was, looking forward, to a very positive, lucrative experience; regrettably, this did not turn out for me what I had expected. Nevertheless, thank you, very much, for your understanding and assistance in this matter.

Sincerely,

Neida

I thank everyone for the great advice. No doubt, we can help each other tremendously. This is not yet over for me. Needless to say cam companies need to be exposed and stopped.

THAT ,PEOPLE, IS WHY THE EX_CONs HIRED LAWYERS!

AUTHOR: Ex - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 27, 2005

oK SIMPLE PRISONERS OF CORPORATE AMERICA, THE CEO AND CFO ARE VERY , VERY AWARE OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING! As we were all told in a meeting , they plan things out way ahead of their employees as well as their customers! Look last year this company went from a $900,000 a year company to a $3 mil to a $10 mil! The CEO's goal -$50mil. That is why himself and the other "reformed " Christian colleague of his created a new company SMI which is lead by "success " coaches , consisted of one ex-crank addict P.Darby ( Mr.Wonderful) , and more "coaches" that for the right price will teach you how to scam other people out of money.
Will they stop and ever earn an honest dollar? nope , never. They have hired the ultimate "guru" in making million dollar companies and getting rid off them in a number of years that while the paper is pushed and files of complains are gathered , these "Crusaders" of the money Christ will bank millions out of trailer park people, senior citizens who give money to evangelists and every person that believes in the "golden
" ticket to paradise.

So how do you stop them? Until people stop becoming "hypnotized" by golden dreams , until America rejuvenates itself and frees itself from the chains and bolts that big corporations have imprisoned the common person with , until that day corporations will always take advantage of people and the middle and lower class of this country will never taste true freedom.

POSTED: Monday, December 26, 2005

The lease company is the one that has to stop this company. MBF and Northern leasing has already dropped them and A-1 just started with USA Card service. Soon they will get stuck with these non-paying leases and will drop USA Card to. Just contact the credit companies and put in that you we a victom of Fraud and give the info and your credit will not be effected. You need a criminal complant form to include so go ahead and get that as well. Make all the noise you can about this company to stop them. Again the money comes from the lease companies- USA got around #3,000.00 the day after the first payment. Call Chase to and make your complaint of Fraud. THEY WILL LISTEN.

Don't expect any help from the Florida authorities any time soon with any unscrupulous business unless someone is making some political hay

AUTHOR: Someone Who Knows - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, December 25, 2005

Don't expect any help from the Florida authorities any time soon with any unscrupulous business unless someone is making some political hay, or if someone from the media shows an interest on one of thousands rip-off business located in Florida, you may see the authorities hop right on board, but, after time passes, more than likely, when the press is not paying attention, the offending business will get off scott-free... The state of Florida is known to coddle their criminal element. This is big money for politicians receiving big campaign contributions. What ever happed to BIG, and I mean BIG Lou Pearlman of emodels, Options Talent, Trans Continental Talent. Wilhelmina Scouting Network, Fashion Rock, and now known as Talent Rock, still ripping off consumers today, once upon a time the authorities were making like they were going after Mr Pearlman, like many others, it was swept under the rug, attorney generals from around the US, Canada and the United Kingdom were all outraged.. not to mention all the thousands of consumers that were duped out of thousands of dollars each from across the US, Canada, Korea, Europe and Russia. Pearlman is a big Republican contributor in the state of Florida.

Just look at any of the thousands of other businesses listed on this website doing business from the state of Florida, many of these rip-off scams have been going on for years, and some have been pursued, only for the moment, to only be swept under the rug at a later date, sometimes the files are even sealed.

Look at all the Rip-off Reports on just a few of these busineseess lised, like: Ramada, Government Grant - Advantage America, Platinum Benefits, North Star Van Lines, Palmetto Marketing, Onrebate.com, USA CARD SERVICES AND & A1 LEASING, .. the list goes on and on and on.

Ashamed to say I am a resident of the sunshine state.

I am still waiting, further action on my behalf from FTC, the Florida State Attorney General's Office and the Florida Department of Agriculture, Division of Consumer Services

AUTHOR: Neida - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, December 24, 2005

I reported USA Card Services and A1 Leasing to the FTC, the Florida State Attorney General, and the Florida Department of Agriculture, Division of Consumer Services.

I received today a letter from the Florida Department of Agriculture, Division of Consumer Services, Tina R. Robinson, Regulatory Specialist, handling part of my complaints against, A1 Leasing, she claims the complaint is closed satisfactorily, with an enclosed business reply form, stating that USA Card Services is the vendor of the machine and A1 Leasing says that the credit card processing machine which USA Card Services sold to me, was at my request. A1 Leasing states that they have not scammed anyone and that the invoice is for $3571.07, which they claim I owe. They also state that I have made 2 payments, which, I have made none because on 11/04/05 I cancelled the automatic monthly checking accout deduction, which was the first monthly payment The equipment is in the same box in which they sent it. I have not returned to them because I was not sure where to send and have proof.

I have received a few prior correspondence requesting payment, I received correspodence today, 12/24/05, a notice of default, from A1 Leasing advising me that I am in default for non-payment, and the lease is cancelled. The figures are different and higher the total is $5327.18. They threaten me with ruining my credit and they will seek legal action against me. I need to send the total of $5327.18, or the credit card processing equipment. I have 10 days to respond.

I will immediately send the equipment back to USA Card services "Registered Mail - Return Receipt Requested". I want to make sure I have a receipt for returning it to them.

Currently, the FTC, the Florida State Attorney General's Office and the Florida Department of Agriculture, Division of Consumer Services, I am still waiting, further action on my behalf. USA Card Services and A1 Leasing will not let me off the hook for anything, I do not know what else to do. I am a bit afraid. Would appreciate help and ideas of how to go about handling this horrible experience. If amyone is contemplatingt a class action lawsuit against these companies, please include me. Lots of people are being financially ruined because of this scam.

If I had known of the rip-off-report web site, as I do know now, I would have not fallen for these scam companies. I AM HERE CHECKING EVERY DAY!!! I hope my experience helps others not fall in the same trap, as I and others have.

I recently responded to one of those "I made a fortune working from home..." TV advertisements. In response, I received contact info for USA Card Services. When I looked them up on the BBB Web site, I saw that there were numerous complaints that had been filed. Even more telling were the numerous complaints on Ripoffreport.com Web site. I was contacted very shortly by a USA Card Services representative-within hours of responding to the TV ad. When I told him of my concerns about seeing all the complaints, he became hostile and derisive to me, stating that perhaps I was just not "business owner material". He ranted on about how "ethical" USA Card Services is and how they have the full service and backing of Chase Manhattan, a legitimate company that surely would not back anything less than stellar. I felt demeaned and insulted and eventually hung up on him. The following day I was contacted again by a different representative who tried a softer approach. When I mentioned the numerous Ripoffreport.com complaints, he said that he couldn't get on the Internet to access these, but went on to tell me how terrific their program is.

I think it's very frightening how these people can use television to lure innocent, unsuspecting people into their highly questionable business. I thank all of you for voicing your experiences because if I had not seen these, I may have been yet another victim. You just can't believe that everything you see on TV is legitimate. I think that these false advertisements should be banned. There's no telling how many unsuspecting people are drawn into these scams. The American public should be protected from this. People who already have financial difficulties and need to make money from home are easy prey for these companies who promise results they can't or have no intention to deliver.

And you were ripped off...How?

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

Nothing in your post says "RIPOFF". The company set you up with your own drop ship business and is financing it at $109.94X48 months. This is to pay for the website and card reader. The Card reader alone is about $60/month of the $109.94. How are they ripping you off? They sent the paperwork, and you agreed to all of it. All you have to do is start selling and make money. A $300 bonus check for referrals? Sweet. Sounds pretty simple to me, and if they did everything they said they would, pretty cheap too.

Oh wait...I get it. None of them understand how capitalism works either.

Nowhere in your missive have you made any actual claim to being taken advantage of. Try again.
