We were scammed by USA Card Services. They told us we could start our own home-based business online and that they would help us to do this. We were about to be living on one income for a family of 4 and we really needed the money. Eric Pinola called us and using high pressure sales tactics, talked us into this. He said that they would set up the website, train us how to use it, advertise for us, and it involved no money upfront. It all sounded too good to be true, and it was.
He told us that we had to decide before we got off the phone or the offer would expire.

Within a week or so, we were told we had to set up the website ourselves. We had no clue how to do this and were offered very little help. We were told we would have coaching sessions every week for so many weeks, which turned out to be phone calls lasting less than 10 minutes of some guy talking so fast we couldn't understand any of what he said. When we complained and told them we needed more one-on-one attention, they basically said that this is what they had available and left it at that. We complained again and again until someone names Amanda Meitz said that she would be our personal coach. We thought that would be better, but it only lasted about a week and she wouldn't return phone calls anymore, or would have other people take the calls to try to pacify us. We got nowhere and still had little set up on our website.

Eric Pinola also told us that we needed to have a credit card terminal for our business and that they would send it out within a few days. It came, and we set it up, but have never used it for business purposes, nor will we ever.

We tried hard to get this to work for us because we really needed the income for our family!! We made literally hundreds of phone calls to USA Card Services and got nowhere with them.

They made all these empty promises and have failed in every way to fulfill them and when we have asked to just get out and get our money back, they tell us that we've signed a non-concellable contract and we can't get out. They have continued to auto debit our account every month about $140.00 and we still have nothing to show for it. So, they can default on their part of the contract, but we can't!!

They said that they would put up the first $5000 for advertising and that they would get that back by getting a percentage of our sales. They claimed that if we weren't making money they would definitely be in contact with us to find out why and to help us stay on track!! Our website has actually been offline for well over 8 months and we haven't heard a thing from anyone at USA Card Services. And yet they have continued to debit our account every month.
