USA Cash Advance Said I have a payday loan that I never paid and I am being sued , Internet

I began receiving phone calls from this phone number I did not recognize, therefore I did not answer the phone and then one day they called me 20 times straight so I finally answered the phone, very ticked off. A man by the name of Mr. Jones said there is a pending legal matter involving me and my social security number. 

He then proceeded to say that I took out a pay day loan for $300 and I have not paid it back. I told him that any pay day loans I have taken out have all been paid back. I then asked for the date the money was put into my bank account and I was told that it is my responsibility to know the date and I said well if you gave me money then you should very simply be able to tell me the date.

At this point he became very rude and biligerent and said fine the phone calls will not stop. I then get a call at my desk at work and someone asked for a manager and when I said who was speaking they said this is Mr. Jones. I said you are not talking to my manager because you are lying about this loan. They said just give me the name and number of the manager and I kept saying no, no, no and then they said well we will not stop calling. I hung up the phone and they called back 3 more times and I didnt answer.  (512)721-0331 is the number.
