USA CHATLINES NEVER GOT PAID FOR ANY WORK I DID FOR THEM- STILL FIGHTING ANAHEIM California

I worked for USA CHATLINES from August 1st-August 7th and I quit because there was not enough call volume to even justify having a phone. I logged in every day for 5 hrs a day, and over the first weekend I was logged in all weekend long. I never managed to get 60 or more calls in a weeks time. When I quit (which you can only do via email, calling them won't work) they kept saying they could not find my extension, didn't know who I was, and was generally rude to me. I called the dispatch number numerous times (the dispatch number is legitimate) and the people there say all I can do is email. I asked about a manager contact or some other means of resolving this, but they basically laughed at me. I have emailed a total of 15 times, and they have responded about a third of that amount to me, each time denying that I ever worked for them, stating they cannot find me in their system. Now they are claming that another person is on my extension...uh..DUH????? Of course.. cuz I quit. I have gone so many rounds with them, over the couse of a month and a half with the emails and am getting absolutely NOwhere with them. There is no manager to escallate to, there is no other phone number but dispatch to call, and you can never talk to anyone about it that works there because they are all IDIOTS. I do not have any recourse for this cuz they are out of state, I've already spoken with an attourney about this. I won't see my money and neither will you. I intend to slam them in every site I can get my hands on..cuz they DONT PAY YOU A DIME FOR ANY WORK YOU DO>>> I am warning you..take my heed.... Heather
