HOLD AS LONG AS IT TAKES TO TALK TO SOMEONE. THEY WILL SUGGEST YOU HANG UP AND WAIT FOR THEM TO CALL BACK, DON'T DO IT. JUST WAIT ON THE LINE. MAYBE YOU CAN PLAY AN ENJOYABLE GAME OF COLLAPSE OR CATCH UP ON YOUR EMAIL. JUST STAY CALM.

Step 3.
You will eventually (in about 10 minutes) be connected to one of their PHONE WARRIORS, who is already expecting that you'll be pissed before you say a word. This is why this phone rep will rattle off just about every piece of personal information about you. (She's submlinally saying' you gave us all of this information, so just remember that before you call us theives)

Step 4.
You say "Yes, I didn't sign up for this service and I want to cancel it".

Step 5.
She will say "This is an online shopping service with a credit limit of $7,500 dollars, blah blah blah".She will say "We take Identity Theft very seriously, You're SURE you didn't sign up for this?"

Step 6.
You will say "I have no need for that service, I never signed up for it".

Step 7.
She will then accuse everyone in your house up to, and not limited to your Cat/and or Goldfish of SECRETLY using your information to sign you up for this fantastic service. She will then start talking about Law Enforcement, and how you can file a POLICE REPORT for Identity Theft, then ask if you intend to file a Police Report.

Step 8.
Whether you DO or DO NOT wish to go through that hassle, you will tell her "YES, I INTEND TO FILE ONE TODAY"

Step 9.
She will give you an 800 number that you should put on this Police Report, and tell you to call back after it's filed.

**THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO PAY ATENTION TO STEP 10***

Step 10
You will say, "ok, sounds great. and I'd like to go ahead and cancel this membership and have my charges refunded"

Step 11
She will put you on hold, come back and tell you to wait a certain amount of days to see the credit on your Bank Account.

Step 12
Thank this drone and ask for your Confirmation Number, as well as her NAME.

AGAIN....
GET A CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND THE REPS NAME!!!!!!!!

Step 13
Call your bank IMMEDIATELY, and request a credit and a stop payment order for ANYTHING with the name USA CREDIT. File a Police Report if you can. It's no big deal, and it will cover you in the end. Relay to the Police everything that took place, beginning with the Mysterious Charge, to your Conversation with USA CREDIT, Have them make a note of the Confirmation Number, get a copy of the report. Give them the phone number for USA CREDIT, and the "FRAUD DEPARTMENT" phone number that the telemarketer operator gave you during the conversation.

I've been ripped off twice by them, I didn't do anything the first time except b***h and moan on this board. I thought it would go away. But it won't. Don't wait until you have several charges from them on your account and everyone thinks you're a liar.

AND REMEMBER..
They have ALL of your personal information, so calling your bank first won't get you very far since USA CREDIT has your ROUTING NUMBER and your CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER. This implies you either gave them this information or your checkbook has been stolen. You need to call USA CREDIT FIRST.
