April 2002 I saw on Yahoo ad banner in the form of gold credit card. The company USA(!) Gold(!) Credit(!) had remind me it's time to take care of my credit history. And promise to help. OK, it was really time, I knew this long time ago. My credit history is not so good after previous encounters with similar not so honest businesses. Their website look decent, phone representatives on toll-free line were promising. Even excessive, but that time I didn't pay attention.

So I gave them my bank account and check numbers along with other personal information. They didacted $150 from my bank account as the deposit for issuing their credit card for making purchases from their online store - Superstore as they call themself in their weekly newsletters - and(!)from any other retailers. Latter was underlined in our conversation.

After long waiting I finally got mail package: bunch of paperwork and simple plastic card with my name on it. Their card didn't work nowhere. I got trapped again! When I call them and asked to send me working credit card I was explained their card for internal use only and I suppose to buy goods only from their online store in order to earn favorable reports from them to credit agencies.

The trap is slammed! Good combination! I am still learning. I thoroughly checked their merchandises and found out the nature of their business. All items are useless and overpriced! This folk simply exploit our life troubles making it worst. For their own benefits. For the dim perspective of better credit history we have to pay deposits, membership, installment and monthly fees, double prices to the people who trick and rip us off.

Two my e-mails got quick standart answers with polite invitation call their agent to obtain cancellation order and explanation(!) how I can get my money back. I called them three times. It is unforgettable! Mocking? Humiliation? Especially Melissa (ext.2070). She insisted I already have no right to get my money back, it was membership fee, it is too late already, more than one year ago, yes, she will close my account but I am not going to get my money back, there will be no refund (what for?) and so on.

The whole matter now already is not only about money. As I promised them I'm going to defend my dignity and I am doing this right now. Thanks to ripoffreport.com I can see I am not lone victim of those scammers and I am ready to do everything I can to help get rid of such ugly appearances from our life. And from new wonderful media - Internet.
