You go to the web page and after looking at it you will believe they will give you instant online access to your driving records. WRONG!!!!
After paying the menbershup you only get a list of links where to get your driving record. Of course all these links send you to places where you have to pay to get your driving record. In my case I was looking for a driving record from Indiana, and the link to the Indiana State Government official web page didn't even work.
So don't waste your time and money and look carefully before paying. There are other good places to get your driving record, but don't trust them if it says you will have instant online access. All sites I've found staing this are similar to this one.

So, what's the purpose of this page of having such name. That's a clear attempt to confuse the possible customer and lure him to pay for the membership. Once you pay, you are doomed. You can't get what you want and you can't get yor money back.
