I recieved a phone call a week ago from a gentleman working for usa financial card. He gave me the impression that I was going to be able to buy meals and all the normal things a credit card is good for. I was told I needed $200.00 for a security deposit do to my credit rating. I agreed when I found out I would recieve 4 $50 dollar coupons to use to make my payments.

I believed I was basicly being given the card for free after the 4 $50.00 dollar vouchers. But this was not true. The money was removed from my account on 5 10,2007 I called them and when I said credit card the woman on the other end said we aren't a credit card business. I asked what was I paying $200 dollars for and she implied tit was to purchase items from their company and nothing else. I called because they took my money and I hadn't recieved the card prior to this.

If I had recieved the card prior tothe bank withdrawal I would have stopped pament on the check immediately. I was mislead and misinformed and now I am out $200.00 dollars I didn't have to begin with. I figured I'd use the card to pay my bills forthe month and buy my groceries and then get back on trackk ithin a couple months. Well That isn't going to happen. I was toldeven if I back out of the program I have lost my $200.00dollars and that it was non refundable.

Something else I wouldn't have agreed to if I had known the deal with this so called card. i called this company three times today and asked for their web adress and each time I was told www.usafinancialcard.com. I have tried repeadidly from 10 a.m. this morning to 2:47 a.m this morning to access the site and still have had no success. Does this company even exist? I am going to call them again and ask for a mailing address and send them a letter.

I SPENT THE LAST THREE DAYS TRYING TO ACCESS THIS SUPPOSED USAFINANCIALCARD.COM SITE IN LOWER CASE LETTERS OF COURSE. I CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE. I CALLED THEIR OFFICE THREE TIME S AND GOT THE SAME IDIOT FOR ALL THREE CALLS. HE SAID WELL IT'S UP AND RUNNING MAYBE YOUR COMPUTER IS MESSED UP. MY COMPUTER IS THREE MONTHS OLD AND HASN'T HAD A PROBLEM YET. UNTIL NOW ANYWAY.

SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO GET TO THIS SITE SO I CAN BURN OFF SOME STEAM. I ASKED THE IDIOT IF HE WOULD SEND ME THE WEB ADDRESS AND PASTE IT ON IN AN EMAIL TO ME SO I COULD GET IN. HE SAID HE DOESN'T THINK HE'S SUPPOSED TO DO THAT. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS THAT. IT SURE DOESN'T SOUND LIKE SUPPORT TO ME.

I WOULDN'T BE SO UPSET IF I HAD THE MONEY TO THROW AWAY. BUT NOW I HAVE TO GO THE NEXT FOUR WEEKS WITHOUT ANY GROCERIES AND WITHOUT PAYING MY BILLS. I PLAN TO CALL THE IDIOT BACK SHORTLY AND ASK FOR A PHYSICAL ADDRESS AND A MAILING ADDRESS. I HAVE HAD JUST ABOUT ENOUGH.

TO THESE PEOPLE IT'S A JOB BUT IF THEY WERE IN MY SHOES THEY WOULD FEEL A LOT DIFFERENT ABOUT IT. i NEED TO GO BREAK SOMETHING. lATER!
