USA Financial Want to start a class action suit against USA Financial! Ripoff Clearwater Florida

As many of you know USA Financial is a big scam. The same thing happened to my fiance that happened to all of you. The way that we resolved our issue was to contact our bank and file a dispute of charges. Our bank (Commerce) told us that they are going to refund us the original charge of $200 and then deal with the company themselves. However, it has come to our attention that many more people have been wronged by the company and have not recieved ANY help what so ever. The best thing to do on a personal level is to talk to your bank and report these people at www.ftc.gov which is the federal trade commission and to the better business bureau. We are looking to start a class action suit against them for everyone who is still owed money and has to continue to deal with these people, if thats what you want to call them.
