Don't waste your money.  My house is very drafty downstairs and cold air comes through the electrical sockets. I was convinced that additional isulaton would solve the problem, it didn't.   I purchased child safety covers to put in my electrical sockets, less than $5 for a pack of 8. 

The $4800 I wasted on blown isulation I should have spent on new vinal windows.  My drafts were reduced after placing plastic on my windows.  My heating bills for this  winter were the same if not higher than last year, which was the coldest winter in over 20 years.

There was what felt like a breeze coming through my kitchen.  I determined it was coming from under my cabinets and around my stove.  I would have thought that the additional isulation would have resolved such a problem, but  it didn't.  I shoved rugs under the cabinets and put foam strips alongs side my stove.

All those things were such a cheaper resolution to my home's drafty downstairs.  If only I'd purchased windows instead.  Don't waste your money.
