For all who have been ripped off by this company, I just wanted to say that my friend applied for this loan and DID NOT receive her money either.

I tried calling them this morning also and the recording said that my universal account had been put on hold and to contact customer service. Good bye and the phone disconnected.

I continued calling the number and kept getting the same recording. I then went to their website and applied for a loan using false information.

I called the 1-888-813-5676 and someone answered!!!!! I hung up though and I am waiting for them to call me so that I can "apply" for my loan. NOT!!!!
