USA Merchant Services AKA Millennium Merchant Services1st American LeasingJoseph Wilk scammed, unfulfilled promises, costly leases Internet

We were approached by Joseph Wilk from USA Merchant Services in June of 2011.  He was a very good salesman with many good lines and an answer for everything.  He sold us four leases for credit card processing machines and check readers.  He advised us that the check reader would cut our time in half for banking.  Once we were all signed up he came to teach us how to use the machine.  He then told us we needed driver's license numbers for each check.  I told him that we didn't want to do that, it was too much work.  He said to make up the drivers license number.  I told him I wasn't comfortable with that so we didn't want to use the equipment.  He said to try it for a week and see what we thought.  After a week he dropped off the face of the earth, or so I thought.  After numerous call and emails we have been able to reach him for almost two years.  We are paying thousands upon thousands of dollars for equipment that would have cost us $400 for each piece to purchase outright.  

Joseph Wilk also promised $800-$1,000 per month savings on our processing fees.  This never happened.  When I questioned him about it he tried to explain it away and said he would look into it and make the adjustment.  

The leasing company that Joseph Wilk connected us with is 1st American Leasing out of Grand Rapids.  These two must be in this scam together because the wording in their letter to use holds harmless the vendor and removes all the rights of the customer.  There is no way out of this lease without it affecting my personal credit.

We have recently learned that he is still in business under the name Millennium Merchant Services.  There is no contact information available on the internet to get a hold of this scammer.
