I paid usa motor sales $489 dollars on October 26, 2007 to market my 1999 Porsche Boxster. The salesperson helped me establish a price and assured me that usa motor sales could sell my car. He further explained that if I purchased the "Diamond" package they would handle all of the details when potential buyers called in. They would even help with the financing if necessary. I was also assured that my car would have maximum exposure with their site. This meant that I would be listed on at least a dozen other sites.

Since then I have not recieved any contact at all from usa motor sales. I even had my wife email the company twice through the advertising page my car was listed on. There was no response. Then she called and left a message with the company. Someone called back several hours later and informed her that they had no further information than what was listed on their web site. No one ever contact me from usa to let me know there was an interested buyer. In fact, they did not try to sell the car to my wife at all, even though I had paid for the "diamond" package. The package where usa will "handle all of the details."

I called usa motor sales today and talked to a "Stacey." This was after the initial girl left me on hold for 20 minutes trying to find my account. Stacey then indicated that usa's only responsibility is to "list my car", not "sell my car."

Usa motor sales is a complete rip off. They have no intension of trying to help you sell your car. Russell, you should be ashamed of yourself. It is my opinion that you, your company, and the assurances of your sales force are all a complete scam.

I have my car listed on Autotrader, which by the way is only $30 until it sells for up to one year - USAautosales like to scour Autotraders's website and have their computers call people, like me, to know end, until they get a response - well, I gave them my response today, that was, if I get one more call from their computer they can deal with Lisa Madigan, yhe Atty General fo rthe State of Illinois!

WE GUARANTEE TO ADVERTISE UNTIL SOLD

AUTHOR: Russ - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, April 28, 2008

Steve was in fact one of the first customers that came aboard with the company. The 'Diamond' package was indeed our most aggressive type of advertising campaign we offered. Yes, we handled all inquiries regarding the vehicle including financing as needed. Yes, the car had plenty more exposure than it ever had through our network of 'used vehicles for sale' websites. No, it was not "on at least a dozen other sites", but rather a total of 14 websites as stated on our website and the sales representative. Which I believe was much better than being exposed only on 1 website and hoping that the individual purchasing the Porsche would have enough money to pay 'upfront'. This said, I would think that this may be the obvious reason why Steve signed up with us. Yes, it costs more money than other advertisers out there but we do offer much more services. There are many companies out there that charge much more than we do; therefore, in reality we are not that expensive.

Since then, there have been numerous hits/visits to the Porsche's ad on our website along with our affiliate websites and from Yahoo searches. If we do not find a True Serious Buyer, we do not contact our clients. We do not want to waste each others time. Although, as we come across serious inquiries we immediately contact our clients. For example, the potential buyer wants to see the vehicle in person or a buyer had been pre-approved for a credit line . We have a full time customer service staff that are constantly performing inbound / outbound calls, checking emails/faxes.. They do get back to everybody in a timely manner.

We have done nothing but advertise and help sell the vehicle. Some cars take longer to sell than others. Some clients vehicles have sold within a week and some a few months. No company can guarantee when to sell a vehicle at a certain time for a specific price. We are just another option that takes used car marketing to another level. Our full attention is to ofcourse have cars sold as soon as possible. But unfortunately we cannot control the public consumers and somtimes this results in a more time needed to sell the vehicle.

If the other competing companies advertising were able to sell cars with a guarantee to sell within a certain time frame for a certain price, then we would not be in business. We are not a scam and we are not a rip off. We have rendered All the services that have been paid for and are continuing to do so.
