USA PARKING SYSTEMS DAVIS DINIZ , RYAN ROSS , VALET BROKE SOMETHING ON MY CAR BY DRIVING IT POORLY- NOW THEY FEEL ITS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida

I was attending a social function at the pier 66 hyatt in fort lauderdale(2/11/11), where I parked my car in the valet. (usa parking systems- a contracted company) when I was leaving the event and I got into my car...it would not shift into gear . The valet pushed the car into a parking spot and it was left overnight. The next morning it was towed to the dealer and had been there ever since. Now it is 2/28/11 and the car is still not back from the dealer , I have had to get different 2 rental cars which I have had to pay for out of my own pocket. Not only that but I just talked to the dealer and its going to be about $700 worth of damage.

I have called repeatedly not only to Davis Diniz but also to the corporate offices of USA PARKING SYSTEMS. Where i was directed to Ryan Ross ( the "risk manager") who I have left numerous messages for and have recieved ZERO response.

I  have called Davis Diniz ( the "manager" ) who says he filed a claim and it was denied.
my question to him was on what grounds? I brought my car to this establishment and when you bring it back to me it wont shift into gear.

What he doesnt know is that my car was in the shop just 2 days prior for work. If there had been a "mechanical malfunction" as davis diniz claims...how come the dealer never mentioned it? Well I asked the dealer and they told me there were no mechanical issues with the car. The damage was caused that night 2/11/11 from being driven incorrectly- not depressing clutch while shifting gears ...etc

This has been a serious issue...almost $1000 out of pocket and dealing with complete unprofessionalism! I would not hire this company to valet your cars...there is a good chance that if something were to happen , you will be stuck with the cost! they claim to have no fault and blame this on a mechanical failure. What a SCAM!
