Our company used usa promotional cards so employees can redeem $50.00 gift cards from them. Well the entire process was a nightmare. Only half the staff receieved their cards after requesting them just as the instructions said to. I had requested cards for both myself and my husband since we both have worked there for a number of years. I got my card in the mail after trying to request it 3 separate times. But my husbands never showed up.

When I emailed their customer service department to find out why we never got his card - they told me they could give me the gift card number but they are unable to issue a new card. Since I didn't know which card belonged to whom, I gave them both my batch numbers. They responded with a gift card number. Which I was thrilled with.

Well 2 months later when I finally go to use the card online for Chrismas presents, I found out they gave me the number to the card I had already receieved in the mail. I emailed again and asked them for the correct card number. Well they gave me the run around for a few weeks then told me they could no long help me because it was after the expiration date of the card, even though I had requested it back in October. I told them they needed to honor my request and still provide me with the correct number since they failed to do so the first time. After a few emails back and forth they finally disclosed that my husbands card was not sent to us because they have a rule of one card per household. Which I think is a total scam. Half our company is either married to each other or living together. So that means only one of them was able to redeem a card and our company ate the other $50 plus processing fees etc because of some bogus rule they never disclosed with the cards when mailing them.

After finding this out I told them to redeem the card for a different address and we will just re-gift the card to a family member not living with us. Well in that email they didn't care for the "vulgar" language I used (more specifically "bullcrap" and "stupid") or the threats I made to report them to the BBB and any other review site I could find.

This company is a total scam. Their staff is rude and very unhelpful - infact, I would go as far to call them morons. I have never delt with such an inapt group of people in my life. Don't even consider using this service for your comapny gifts, unless you plan to lose a lot of money and upset a lot of people.

I encourage anyone who has had any dealings with this sham of a company to report them to the BBB followed by review sites like this one. Feel free to inidate their inboxes as well.

heck, they don't even have an actual website. Just a blank page. Why would you trust any company NOT willing to provide their customers with any sort of information??
