> Please read all the reviews before you commit. They arrived 48 hrs after the scheduled date and time. I had talked to KEISHA and JOY ( WHO I CAN ASSURE YOU WILL BE THE SWEETEST PERSON ON THE PHONE TO GET YOUR MONEY  WHEN THEY INITIALLY WANT YOU TO  sign the contract. It is amazing how these ladies change into MEANEST/ NASTY PEOPLE AND IGNORE YOUR PHONE CALLS THE DAY BEFORE AND THE DAY OF YOUR MOVE WHEN YOU WANT YOUR STUFF MOVED. They also have phone IDs SO THEY CAN CONVENIENTLY IGNORE YOUR CALLS. They made me hostage at my home for 48 hrs-- JOY will always be on lunch even at 4pm when i called and will never return calls..YOU call JOY and the sweet and nice person changed into this nasty person> she kept screaming at me that I WAS WASTING HER TIME AKA asking her to do her job,,,,But it gets better> the next day the movers come IN > THE guy is watching football on his i phone the entire time,,, ASKS ME TO SIGN A BUNCH OF PAPERS AS SOON HE STORMS IN MY HOME> WILL NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING> He throws my stuff around in fact he unpacks my well packed stuff and throws them in a big clothing box> next tapes everything using my tape > will not answer my questions. In the end presents w/ a paper and added $800 more to my estimate  yes $800 and is screaming at the top of his lungs that i pay him or he unloads my stuff on the street> when i ask him to break down the cost > the cost $200 for packing material that he used mine ( mind you my stuff was already packed but he unpacked my stuff and used his own box w/o my permission), $300 for warehouse fees which was never mentioned to me before ( stated that he would unload my stuff in a warehouse and I asked him why because i do not need that service> did not answer)>he argued with me and charged me with 50 cubic feet more ( even though my stuff was measured to be under 30 cubic feet under the estimated inventory list)  another $300 - did not explain why....

       his  response pay or I will unload ur stuff on the street now>>>  he basically stole my $ 800 >>> SCAM!!!! I will be hiring an attorney even if it costs me $2000.. sometimes it is not about money and basic humanity and trust and if people treat you like this and steal from you>> they need to LEARN A LESSON>>>> PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS... KEISHA AND JOEY WILL CALL YOU NON STOP INITIALLY TO GET YOUR BUSINESS.. IGNORE PLEASE.. THEY ARE FAKE AND ARE CALLING TO GET YOUR MONEY
