These slick talkers contacted me in December of 2008. I'm ashamed to say I fell for them. They have taken me for a little over $16000.00. I am working with my credit card company trying to get a portion of my money back, but so far not a lot of luck on that end.
The first contact was for a fabulous opportunity to get in a field that was growing fast- biometrics! I didn't want to have anything to do with them but after taking to 3 different people from their company and their willingness to drop the price to $1243.00. Russ Jackson the business coach, Phil Smith the CEO and Sean Powers all vouched for the easy $4000.00 I'ld make in the 1st month. I'ld be able to pay off my credit card and have money left over. HA HA!

Dec 30th I was contacted again! They have this national marketing campaign getting off the ground- for a fee they would do all the advertising for me- all the money I spent on advertising would be made up in no time.
I should have smelled a rat, but due to being ill at the time my brain wasn't working, I let them con me out of $15000.00 for this campaign- after all I could easily pay back my credit card in 4 months according to them.
I did try several times to contact the above named gentlemen at the phone #s I was given but none of them are working #'s anymore. I finally tried the # on my website and reached a receptionist- she transfered my call to a phone that rang and rang. The next time I called I got automation!- I left a message-

Several days later my call was returned, but by that time I had already asked my credit card for a charge back.
NOW- USA has labeled me a trouble maker and I'm trying to keep others from getting hurt by them!

To date the only hits on my website are mine- the promised training and business cards showed up on an amateur cd that is impossible to navigate- they only provide sales information for the expensive car starter - nothing for the computer mouse or USB storage device. BUYER BEWARE!

AUTHOR: Debbie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 09, 2010

I have filed with the FBI and the Wisconsin Dept of Consumer Affairs-
I have heard nothing from this company since a nasty e-mail in September of 2009 from Paul Dickerson- the last supposed postcards sent, was in November 2009- they have money for 6000 postcards that haven't been sent and I want it back.-  I found a statement from Sean Powers that this advertising campaign was to be on a monthly basis for 1 year.

The 1st cards went out Feb 2009 then April 2009,then September 2009 and last November 2009- can we say they don't supply as they say!
I am hoping one of these groups named can help- I've spent 800.00 on a lawyer and he feel this company is a fraud- I was able to get 1800.00 back from the credit card company but I'm still out 13200.00 in advertising monies and 18000.00 plus over all.

The Attorney General of Arizona was no help- in fact they told me they could find no such company- USA Supreme technology- even after sending 48 pages of info I have not heard back from the AGA AND the Better Business Bureau is no better.   I know of 5 other distributors that I have been in direct contact with, that are going thru the same thing I am.

Be very wary of this company- Are they legit?- I know how I feel and have been treated-  All I can say I buyer beware and if you've been hit by them get out there and fight.  I'm afraid most people just give up and that's how this company keeps on getting away with shady business dealings.
Good Luck with your fight!
