I just received my phone bill from BellSouth and I had a charge for $12.95 listed as "Other Companies" OAN Services, Inc. charged on behalf of USA Voice Mail. I have never heard of either of these companies.

I looked up USA Voice Mail on the internet and did get a customer service e-mail. I e-mailed them and got a return e-mail within a few minutes agreeing to reverse these charges. Now I just have to wait and see if they really are reversed. I am not paying this portion of my phone bill!
