USA Wallpaper ignored my e-mails, agreed to cancel order, then charged me and shipped it anyway Sandusky, Ohio

I ordered a shower curtain and used my debit card. Received an order confirmation and a message in small print that the item was out of stock. I e-mailed the company to cancel the order. I received no reply. I called their 800 number and spoke to Deb who said if the order had not been shipped I would not be billed and the order would be cancelled. She advised me if it was shipped I could return it with no problem.

The next day my debit was charged and I again called. Was advised again that if item hadn't been shipped they would credit my account. A few days later I received an e-mail informing me the item had shipped. I checked their return policy which informed me I could return the item, but would have tp pay a 30% restocking fee and also pay for shipping back. I had already been charged $9.00 shipping for the shower curtain to be shipped to me. The restocking fee should not have been charged as it was their mistakes that it was even sent AFTER being cancelled. I kept the item only to avoid the restocking fee.

This company ignored my e-mails and repeated requests. They are an unsavory company and I will never order from them again. BUYERS BEWARE od USA WALLPAPER!
