My experience is about the same as the many other reports. I cancelled an order. The company acknowledged it and said they would issue a credit to my Visa account. After e-mail after e-mail and personal phone calls, all of which resulted in promises to get the credit through the system. Nothing has happened. Can't we bring a class action suit against this fraudulent company?
