USA Wallpaper Back ordered item canceled, have not received refund Sandusky Ohio

Placed my order in April. The next day received email stating item was back ordered. Everytime I called they would tell me 2-3 weeks. When July came I canceled my order.They told me it takes 2 billing cycles to receive refund.

At the end of sept. I called again and was told it would be taken care of. It has now been 4 weeks and 4 phone calls later with no luck. Each time I am told they would send a notice to the accounting dept. Even when speaking with a so called supervisor I was told the same thing. Apparently thats all they can do is send notice to accounting. My emails have gone unanswered.

My story is just like the others they have reported to you. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and the federal trade commission. I will not stop until I get a refund and this company is out of business.
