USAA Logistics Inc Car transporter took our money and never provided any service Riverside, Connecticut

We contracted with this company to ship our car from Minnesota to Florida on December 3, 2011. They required a deposit of $250.00 taken directly from our checking account. After they had our money they never again contacted us. We kept calling only to be hung up on and yelled at. We emailed and sent a letter via snail mail requesting our deposit back. We have never heard from them. We had the same bad experience as the other person reported on December 9, 2011. I wish we would have checked the internet for complaints first. This company should not be allowed to do business. I want this to be warning to others. I also filed a report with the BBB in Connecticut. I haven't heard from them either.
