USAA USAA Drags their feet in order to delay paying a claim Internet
A USAA policy holder failed to yield the right of way and hit my car. She apologized for running into me and provided her USAA policy information.
I have called USAA several times in order to make arrangements to get my car repaired. USAA rep advised me, until their customer calls them to make a recording, they can not process the claim, and that could take several weeks.They further advised I could have my insurance company pay for the damage and rental car, which is true, however; I would have to wait an undetermined amount of time to get my deductable reinmursed from USAA.
This is why attorneys get involved in these cases. USAA would rather spend thousands in legal fees rather than settle the claim as will eventually.
