USABD called me offering web site design for my company. Told them I was not interested and hung up. February and March 2008 home phone bills had $49.99 charges from this company. I reported the scam to my phone company (AT&T) and refused to pay charges. They agreed.

On my February phone bill they were identified only by a phone number: (888)296-8079 and on the March bill: USABD Internet Solution (800)306-0576.

I called this number and the person answering did not identify their company which was strange, did not have correct name of my company or what our services were either. Great huh!?! Yet they claimed to have designed a web site (non existent) and have my okay on recording.
We're a small company and it's tough enough surviving in this world. We have to watch every penny spent and caught this ripoff in time. Fortunately losing no money (just temper).

But what about other companies that pay their bills not knowing that they're being screwed?
These jerks need to be put out of business permanently! My taxes would willing be put to good use (for the 1st time) by giving them a home in jail with a roomie named Bubba!
