For the last 4 or 5 months $19.95 has been deducted from my bank without my consent. The really sad part about it, I don't even know who this USABenefit company is and I surely did not give them authorization to go into my account. This is the 4 or 5th time that I had to have my debit card cancelled and wait for 5 to 10 days for another one to come. This is a great inconvience for me and I know my bank is looking at me as if I am crazy. I just want this madness to come to an end and the ones who are doing this to be brought in and charged for fraud.

Hi

You should be able to have your bank put a Block on that company from every taking funds out of your account again. Ask your bank if they can Block that company from ever withdrawing funds from your account.

If your bank changed your Debit Card number and Changed your bank account number there should be no way that the company can withdraw funds.

So check with your bank again, Ask them to give you a new account number and a new debit card number.

If that company has either your old bank account number and that number was never changed then they will keep making the withdrawls without your consent so you need to ask your bank to open a new account for you with a new account number and also a new and different debit card number.

Sometimes a bank can do a Reversal on things to get your money back into your account but that usually has to be done within a reasonable time period of the unauthorized withdrawl.

Also,

On your bank statement.

Check your old bank statments. On those unauthorized withdrawls, there should be a phone number along with the amount of the withdrawl. Usually the number is 10 numbers with no dashes in it so you have to really look to see and check and you should be able to see those 10 digits and that would be the Phone Number of the company that did the withdrawl.

hope this info helps.

main thing is to get new and different account number and new and different debit card number

and don't ever sign up on the internet for a free trial or anything and give out your debit or account number as they will use those to charge you for stuff after the free trial period if you don't cancel before the free trial is over.
