USA Credit hit my account for $149.50 today, 1/17/08. I've been diligently working to establish an account that is not in the red. I've been hit on several occasions recently which threw me in an overdraft status and had to take a loan out just to cover insufficient funds.

Bank of America has hung up on me 3 times now and I'm on my way to a branch office to deal with this issue. I'm on a fixed income and, at this point, I'm not sure who's the thief.
