usaoilpainting.com is the most incompetent I have ever encountered. usaoilpainting.com don’t offer paintings by USA painters, but from China! My order was missing a few items that were out of stock as well as a missing brush. When I called, they said the out of stock items would not be available. I asked usaoilpainting.com if my CC had been credited for the amount of the unshipped items. Yes was the answer, but they lied. My account had not been credited. When I wasted more time calling again they said my account was now credited. However, usaoilpainting.com did not included the cost of the missing brush and the shipping cost I already paid for the unshipped items. What kind of company has to be asked before they credit an account for items not sent? usaoilpainting.com would have been happy to stick me with the entire bill, including out of stock items. This is no way to do business. Stay far away from usaoilpainting.com!!!
