USBI Mainstreet Telephone bill me $15.47 for "Platinum" Service San Antonio Texas

My latest telephone bill from AT&T includes a charge of $15.47 from USBI Mainstreet Telephone Platinum Service. I did not order this service and do not want it. I also filed this complaint with their online customer department and a supposed to have a reponse "within 48 hours."
