USBI Tralee Telephone Company LLC rip-off! Fraudulent phone charges not ordered but billed to regular phone bill. Internet

On our Qwest bill we saw these charges. We tried several times to call Tralee. Upon contact, they said this was a service ordered by someone on the internet and asked if I wanted to cancel the service. I said yes and insisted they refund the money.

They offered two months refund and I said all the money refunded. They agreed. I am now waiting to see the credit on my Qwest account. I then called Qwest- they noted the fraud and will work with me IF Tralee does not credit the full amount.

Qwest said they have to be notified within a 90 day window so be sure you do this. They will dispute the bill to the company. They said there is no way to block this type of charge and they cannot move on it until it appears on your bill and you notify them, so READ YOUR PHONE BILLS CAREFULLY!!
