USBI Mystery Charges Appeared On My Phone Bill.... NA Internet

USBI and three other companies had somehow managed to charge our phone bill services we did not ask for or known about. After calling them, they said my husband had signed up through an old email account which he NEVER uses anymore. They cancelled my account or so I thought and credited me only what they charge (didn't credit me the state and local taxes nor will AT&T). The next month I see on my bill they did cancel last month's charge but had managed somehow charge THREE more additional services onto my bill!

Someone needs to STOP these crooks....Please!! Or at least point me the way because I couldn't report them through the Better Business Bureau.
