Similar to Brenda's report, I received a phone bill from USBI for 125.00 worth of calls to Sweden, one for 20 minutes, between July 13 and July 17 2004. Since I use Zone Alarm, I was able to document that 1)No one had been looking at porn sites; and 2)while connected, my firewall picked up and blocked multiple attempts to ping my hard drive.

They accomplished this by resetting my dial-up information in July, and dialing in while the computer was on but while no one was using it.

I called customer service, and reported that I had evidence that while logged on there were multiple attempts at pinging my computer; after some argument, they credited my account for the charges. Brenda, do not pay for this scam!!
