USBI, Fraud Company. Longdistance Service USBI, Billing Clearing House Ripoff, Company Las Vegas Nevada

USBI (Billing Clearing House),

1)Failed to transfer and cancel services from my previous long distance provider. This was the proposed and agreed upon requirement before I would accept this new long distance service (A 1-stop shop) as my provider.

2)They refused to credit my account after explaining that I was dissatisfied with being billed by 2 companies and only wanted to resolve the issue.

3)They agreed to close the account, but informed me that I would be billed not only for last months charges, but also for the next billing cycle. This was my 1st bill, so why should I be expected to receive 2 payments and I was calling to rebuttle the 1st payment. The kicker is I have never used the service for which I have only had for approximately less than 30 days and they refused to provide any credits.

4)The manager claimed there was no upper management to talk with above him. Nor did he offer any locations or persons to send complaints.

5)I called my local provider and they did not show USBI cancelling my long distance service yet. So I called USBI again to ensure it was closed and continued to get the run-around and could not get a final date when this would be cancelled. USBI asked me to continue to call to ensure it was cancelled. They refused to provide a confirmation # nor do they send any confirmation notices that the service would be cancelled.

6)At my request, my local company is going to remove the charges from my current bill and send the charges back as a dispute, but this does not mean that I have seen the end of this problem.

I encourage others NOT TO USE USBI AS YOUR LONG DISTANCE PROVIDER, staff is very unproffessional and do not respect or listen to their customers.
