I received my phone bill today and there was a charge for $34.54 from USBI for a 13 minute call to the UK.
I called the toll free number above and it rang for a few times, stopped, then rang again. This continued for about a minute and finally I was connected to a voice mail box that belongs to a Human Resources dept. for some company in Reno. I did catch the name, as they spoke too fast.
I did not want to call the number again for fear I may be racking up more charges.

Similar happened to me. I did manage to get thru to them, and got the charge taken off. For next time, call you local phone company and put a block on ALL 3rd party billing and 3rd party calls. Do not let these people get away with it. They are scum. Also DO NOT PAY for any call you did not make. Local phone companies stand to gain from this, and so are also part of the problem. Also file a complaint with the FTC to drill home the point to shut these little b*****d companies down, once and for all.
