USBI seems they started charging us for services we did not want or order who are they? San Diego California

Apparently they have been charging us $15.27 monthly for this service that we did not order, and never heard of. When they,(usbi), were contacted by us, they said it was ordered by my wife, who does not even know who they are, They are lying, and they have ripped us off.

Call your phone company and have them reverse the charges. This company has slammed and crammed your phone bill. They will call and act like they are your phone company that you are using now.
When they called me they said they were with Verizon and that Verizon was losing their billing contractor and they needed to verify my phone numbers. Within 5 minutes of hanging up I called my phone company and asked them if they were losing their billing and they said no. So I had a freeze put on my account, so that no one could make changes to my phone bill but me. This charge was able to get thru anyway. So when I received the phone bill and the charges were on there I called Verizon and had the charges removed.
I have also filed complaints with the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and others. The more complaints this company gets the better that something will be done.
