After responding to an ad on Craigslist, I received a call from this company.  They explained they would send me a packet (aka portfolio) and they would have to charge me $6.98 for shipping.  They explained I would have access to their website within 48 hours.  It has now been 10 days and I still do not have access, nor have I received anything in the mail.

I attempted to contact them during business hours after the initial 48 hours, but was unable to do so. I was able to contact them 10 days after the transaction was processed after several attempts to call and being disconnected.  I was informed they would forward the "issue" of not being able to access my profile on their website to their tech support.  Later I received a voicemail from their tech support stating that it would be in excess of 2 weeks to resolve my problem.

So in other words, a minimum of 28 days will pass before I will be granted access to their website, which I was told I would be able to access after 48 hours.

Also, to note, their website is incomplete.  If you click on their "contact us" tab, it gives a "Page not found" error. When questioned about it on the phone, they quickly dismissed this as an issue because I was able to reach them by phone.

Their office is located in "Denver CO" but their hours are PST, and the people I have spoken with have heavy Russian/Ukrainian accents but do speak clear English.

Nothing about this company seems legit from my experience with them.
