This company allows customer to place orders for out of stock items, while showing online that they are In-Stock! Items ordered are NOT as described. They lie about items in-stock when you call, and they lie about items shipped (they will tell you ANYthing they think you want to hear!). They will bill you for overnite and 2-day shipping if you request, and then when the out of stock items arrive, they ship FedEx Ground, NO PRIORITY!! (and this is their written policy! See it on their website if you can find it). They then refuse to reimburse for your priority-paid shipping, no matter HOW much you paid! They will NOT allow you to get past first-line customer service...you canNOT speak with a supervisor - it is absolutely forbidden. If you insist in any way at all, they will disconnect you from your call. This is a very, very dangerous company to do business with. They DO have brick and mortar stores in the south, but when it comes to online, Proceed at your own risk!! If you are military or gonvernment, don't even THINK about it!
