I listed these bastards as bad check writers,..not quite the truth but close enough.  I don't check my bank account very often, but I noticed a couple of charges last month that I didn't make.  When I contacted my bank they found 4 more. As it happens, these f***s have been charging (~$50.00) me the same day (or following day if a weekend) every other month for at least 6 months. My bank tells me they must have gotten my account number and routing code from a check I sent out.

My bank is gonna follow up on this, and reimburse me for the money I lost as well as the overdraft charges. I hope they run these guys down and hit 'em with wire fraud.  That'll keep 'em out of trouble for 5-10 years.

We are very sorry for any inconveniences

AUTHOR: UseNeXT Team - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Friday, July 13, 2012

Dear Dee,

First of all we are very sorry for any inconveniences.

Since we are keen on clarifying any misunderstandings we would like to explain how our service works. UseNeXT is a provider that offers access to the usenet and works similar to an internet provider. The usenet is a worldwide
network of servers and newsgroups.

In order to gain access to the usenet via UseNeXT, you need to sign up on our website. After the registration you enter the free trial period which lasts for 14 days. As mentioned several times during the sign up process as well as
in the TOS (which have to be accepted by the customer) you have to cancel our service during the trial period if you do not want your membership to be converted into a paid contract. You can cancel anytime via fax, support inquiry
or simply by using the cancel button in the member area.

Since we are an earnest company and are trying to make our service as easy and transparent as possible, we would like to ask you to contact our support via hotline or to send us a support inquiry including your request and your
telephone number so we can call you back (http://www.usenext.com/support/). We will then try to find a satisfactory solution.

Best regards,

Your UseNeXT Team
