UseNeXT UseNext unavailable for contact Muenchen, Internet

I applied for this service, on-line, using PayPal as my payment method. The transaction went through without a problem and was verified as sent by PalPay.

 I was to receive two or three emails with required information to access the software and get my user name and password.

 After waiting for 7 days, I have yet to receive those emails and I have checked my Spam or Junk mail folders as well.

 I have tried to contact them using their support phone numbers without success. I have filed a support request using their form and was told that I would receive a reply within 24 hours. Three days later, I still haven't heard from them.

 I again tried to call them without success. I filed a claim against them at PayPal and was told that being as it is an internet based service that my claim would be dismissed, after a period of time, without resolution and out of hand.

  I am out the money that I paid without any other recourse. Please be careful when dealing with this outfit.
