FROM : I too have probems with USIS Background checks I am a truck driver non-felon Usis report me to be (a felon) no job at SWIFT& CRST ETC ----Can you help me E-MAIL at ((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) Thank You the 1st USIS background shows 5 pages into the report me to be a black man SWIFT,report. The 2nd USIS background check CRST report omitt's my race. A lot of dissmissed reports to Swift. Less to CRST Then the non Felony:Both to SWIFT& CRST The felony was dismissed at trial 1995/recharged/amended to a misdemeanor 1997 AZ.Maricopa Co. (Phoenix) case#xxxxxxxxx /trespassing.amended to misdemeanor 1997.In The PD's office(this was forceed by threts of re-trail) I am A CDL Truck Driver .I live in Calif.This(Usis reporting is a big problem. I would like to add my name Vs: USIS to any Class actions....HOW AND WHERE?
If we don"t stand for something We can fall for anything.
