USIS/DAC Services Tulsa Ok USIS/DAC Services "Totally Disscusting" Vile,Non-caring," "Employment Killers" Tulsa ,Oklahoma

Dac services is a Total Joke, and has kept me from getting hired. I changed CDL's from Ca, to Nebraska, and then in 30 days went back to California and got my Ca license re-issued.

DAC has my license as "surrendered", non valid in California, even though i have Receipts from Ca showing a Re-issue, and paid the $34.00 to re-issue,
DAC has not up-dated there files.

This has been over 60 days since the re-issue, and they have not updated. It is very hard to get ahold of them, and then when you do, they wont do "ANYTHING" UNTIL you print a "dispute form" from there website, fill it in with "There screw-up"... and copies of there Screw-up, all copies of your information to support your claim of there Screw-up"... and send all this to them, ...

and maybe ,,, in 15 to 30 days, get to your information, confirm all your information with the CDL issuing state, then make the change.

In the meantime, you Try and survive, with no job, no money, and every company you try to get hired with, hasseling you with" YOUR LICENSE IS NO GOOD" in a duragatory tone, like your trying to pull a fast one on them, When all the time, its DAC Reporting The wrong information on you.

My CDL "is valid" in California, and i have a DMV print-out that shows "valid" along with receipts showing a re-issue of my lic.... but almost every company that uses DAC thinks they are a God like company and "NEVER MAKE MISTAKES!!! ... WELL , YES THEY DO!!!

It is very stressful knowing that your correct with your application info, and being told No, we cant hire you because DAC shows that your License is no good, and Its My responsability to Fix my DAC report. Thats "BS"!!

They sure got the information on my surrendered license from Ca, to Ne, because they reported it within 10 days... but the correct information on the Re-issue of my Ca license seems to be a lost item to them,,, its been over 60 days since the re-issue, and they havent updated.
