We can just agree to the other reports about this company, they have a yearly profit of more than 300 Million dollars and therefore should be ashamed. Now, we also completed work for USM/Emcor, Tower Cleaning or whatever...their customer signed that "all work is complete to satisfaction", USM however says that the customer is not satisfied and that we need to complete the work to get paid = more cost to our small company. The fact is that USM using new companies the whole time, companies that trust USM when telling them what they are able to pay for the work, they accept the price and contract and later realize that the price is far to low to be able to make anything out of it in a legal way, USM on their side protect themselves by demanding the small companies to have employees, workers compensation etc. things that USM would not even consider to have themselves to this pricing. This is simply not a legal issue, it's far more a moral issue and a scam. A company like USM should be ashamed to use small companies who gets happy and proud in the first place to work for them...just to discover that they are fooled.

It feels like it also could be some kind of commission system within USM for their employees/managers to earn more as more they can get out from their subcontractors? It also seems like USM can kick any subcontractor out with no reason or almost no quitting time at all, how do they expect the subcontractor to handle that towards their employees? The former Subcontractors who wrote reports here are also right in the material part, we also bought a lot of material and could not leave back anything when USM took out jobs for us. It is time to STOP this big SCAM and put a lawsuit against USM/Emcor, Tower Cleaning or whatever they want to call themselves, they mistreat their Subcontractors and they mistreat their customers too because they pay their Subcontractors far to low for a big part of their jobs.

If USM cannot be touched through their contracts which they obviously worked a lot with, they should get to hear from us all in a moral aspect...through press, TV and other Medias..We are stunned to see a big company like USM using the small American companies who is what United States is built of, in already hard times with a more than 300 Million dollar yearly profit USM continues to fool the small hard working people and also in the long term their own customers.

ACT NOW, STOP THIS SCAM !
