Beware if you are thinking of doing work with USM, an Emcor Company. They start paying your invoices and then load you up with work. Then the problems begin. We completed over 150 work orders for them.
They started paying as agreed, within the agreed upon 35 days. Then it got to be 45 to 60 days. Now They owe me over $21,000.00 and now approaching 120 days.
Now the calls don't get returned and e mails don't get a response. All the work was done for a national restaurant chain Now I have to hire an attorney. I will spend more than they owe me, but it will be satisfying.

I would love to join you on a lawsuit. We had the same thing to happen. They now owe us about 30,000 and they went and looked at all the jobs we have done for them and are trying to say that we overcharged them about 30,000 so that is how they are getting out of paying us money owed.
