USMAC Loan Modification a/k/a Law Office of Christian Michael Dillon was retained in November 2008. They requested $3495 upfront for their services and guaranteed they could reduced the loan amounts on the 1st and 2nd mortgages. They have accomplished "zero" to-date. It is impossible to speak to Christian Dillon as his phone mail box is alway full. I have left numerous messages for his case workers (Hugo Herrera and Raquel Aldana) for the past month, and have yet to receive a call back regarding the status of my Case.
I would definitely like to bring a Class Action Suit against USMAC Loan Modification a/k/a Law Office of Christian Michael Dillon.
