Upon placing order with USMedcenter was told that I had to agree to the following before order would be shipped: However my order never shipped and I was charged $19.95 for many months. I tried to contact customer service but they would not respond or return my calls!!; had to cancel credit card to stop charges!!) Went directly to my Dr's Office and have fax confirmation of prescription sent to Frontier Pharmacies.
