Buying prescription medications off the Internet from someone you don't know is dangerous.  Best case you just lose your money.  Worst case, you get ineffective (or deadly) bogus medication.

A couple of things about the site you referenced.   It's called USPharmalist.com, yet it is in India.  Not someplace I'd want to be ordering a prescription from.   Second, anytime someone you don't know requires payment through Western Union or Moneygram, you're probably being scammed.   Scammers prefer this method exclusively because they get their hands on your cash without leaving a paper trail for authorities to follow.   Legitimate businesses do not operate like that.

Lastly, if you should ever receive medications from them, don't risk it.  You have no idea what is in those pills.   Asia is primary source of couterfeit pills.  You could be ingesting something that was made (out of who knows what) in a backyard shed in Bangalore.
