Why would my claim be denied when my items were lost and damage. The letters you send me are confusing and very misleading. I am on hold for hours and told wrong information. The post office is no help and always route me to the USPS customer service phone number. I have send you receipts and pictures of the items and pay my money for an insurance claim and still no money. I am sick and tired of the run around and would like my claims to be paid. I will be expecting my refund check of $1,125.00. I shipped so many items everyday with the post office and don't even file claims for all my missing items but I filed seven claims out of 100 of missing items and this is what I get from it, Nothing!
