USPS that does seem like conveniently stealing from people?. Internet Nationwide

(((link redacted))) I mail packages to my daughter in Britain all the time. I only started having things go missing this year. One package made it to Miami sorting--came back in a totally different package with half the items missing---no explanation, nothing! I went to the local post office where I mailed it from--they started an inquiry. About a week before that, they showed a package delivered to my mail box that was nowhere to be found.

Supposedly, the USPS has a dept. that looks into mailbox theft--never heard anything since. I cannot afford to register everything I send to my daughter because 1st class postage is not cheap?. I spend a fortune yearly mailing things overseas|. Now, I sent three more packages--the first one I sent has not gone past Baton Rouge, it seems, while the two I mailed after have already been sorted in Miami--the usual route!.

So now I am back filing another form to submit to the post office that will go nowhere while someone at the post office somewhere along the way is probably wearing my daughter's clothes, too, like some other poster on this site commented about'. I work hard for everything I am able to send.. When you pay $37!.00 to send a package to your child and they tell you its the cheap rate and there is nothing to be done, that does seem like conveniently stealing from people?. If this is happening all over the place, no wonder people are not using the postal service anymore and their reputation is suffering!.It is quite maddening, indeed.
