USTECHSUPPORT mycleanpc.com Was told $99.95 covered tech support for 12 months, but they lied. santa monica California

 I enlisted the services of USTECHSUPPORT to fix my computer.  They charged me $19.95 to tell me that my computer was infected and then I agreed to pay the $99.95 for 24/7 tech support.  I was told that the $99.95 was for 12 months, which is reasonable. 

I received my bank statement and saw that they were a $19.95 charge from this company.  When I called to inquire, I was told that the fee is what they charge monthly which was not what I was told when I signed up for the service.  Who pays $20.00 a month for tech support after spending $120.00 in the door??!!  I only paid $350.00 for the laptop in the first place!!   And, besides that, my computer still runs slow!  BEWARE!!!!  THEY SUCK!!!
