I ordered UGG boots from usuggaustralia.com. Since ordering I have not been able to contact them. The phone number is always busy and noone will return emails. I have also found out that the boots are knock-offs, although the pictures showed the ugg label and were advertised as uggs. Is there anyway to get help in contacting this company? My account has been debited more than what my total should be. Should I cancel my card to avoid further trouble? Hope someone can help.

Surprise! I received my boots today and they seem to be original. I got the UGG Bailey boot for $103.00. I did finally get a tracking number form the credit card company. If you ordered from this site don't give up. The company just needs to do a better job of providing contact numbers to the customers.
